It was smooth, but slow not the best communication which is a bit misleading. You would think you landed the role until the last minute. Both parties show mutual interest so, to have a bit more information and appreciation for candidates' time.

Interview
Standard process with 1 phone and 2 in-person interviews. Team was welcoming and interview questions were mixed between basic and thought-provoking. Extensive history of the company was shared to ensure that I was comfortable and that I was not only a good fit for the company, but that the company was a good fit for me.
