Interview
1. Intro call with recruiter.
2. Behavioural interview with engineering manager.
3. Take-home technical assessment implementing product requirements. No time limit.
4. Technical interview with software developers. Reviewing the technical assessment and asking additional technical questions. No live coding.
5. Behavioural interview with a product manager and director of engineering.
6. Offer.
Everyone I met throughout the process was really nice. The recruiter was very engaged and responsive. Interviews tended to feel more like discussions which great.
Terrible experience. I applied for multiple dev roles. Had a brief chat with a recruiter and then was fully ghosted by the company. The chat went well so I don't understand what happened. The recruiter did not let me know next steps, did not tell me that I hadn't made the cut, and hasn't answered follow-up questions that I sent.

I had a referral for 2 roles and interviewed with different departments. The correspondence with recruiters can lapse between 1-3 weeks. I got positive feedback but they forgot to set up my 4th interview and apologized.
I felt stupid but in this economy, what can you expect?
