I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jana Mobile (Boston, MA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Coffee chat with a senior engineer, then some at home coding exercises, followed by an onsite interview consisting of interview / white-boarding sessions with four teams of two employees, each lasting about an hour. Very friendly atmosphere. Good balance between technical skills / white-boarding questions and more personal questions. Interviewers were helpful in answering my questions and made themselves available for further questions after the interview.
