Met with the director first -- it was pretty conversational -- and then came back in for a second interview to meet a couple of colleagues and the company president.

It was very conversational and friendly. I came in and was welcomed in the lobby. A couple of people invited me into a meeting room and asked questions. I was there for about 45 minutes.
