Interview
Technical interview: shown products of theirs and asked questions on their function, material, relevant properties etc.
HR interview: questions based around experiences - such as most proud achievement, difficult team member - and how you learnt from these
Group exercise: task simulating board meeting where each person had to put forward their "candidate", and how the group went about making a selection to hire one out of the six
Site tour: observed also, to see how interested you are in the production process and what questions you were asking

Interview
Consisted of a skype interview with one of technical directors. Easy to get on with and relaxed. Asked a range of questions such as about the Company, skills and personal questions. Ensure you are well prepared about knowing about the company, any examples when you have lead a team, involvement in a project and specifically why you chose your degree.
