James Hall & Co. interview questions

They did not make the company appealing enough for me to work for. They did talk about potential progression and learning opportunities but I had also seen better offers from smaller companies which I decided to pursue. The shift pattern also was poor, it seemed as though they wanted many hours of cover with very little numbers in staff to cover them

Had a email and for job interview with instructions .Never heard back after interview poor communication ..Needs to have better communication.Ethos was not explained neither was any benefits of the role.
