Old fashioned and predictable interview with the very predictable questions. What are your strengths, where do you see see yourself in 5 years etc ? Really, come on... Probably a good employer but a little out of touch

The lady looked at my CV and said "I see you have moved around a lot". At that time I had been in the job 9 years. Perhaps a little provincial in their outlook. Thankfully I didnt get the job I think Cumbria would have been the end of me
