The interview process was straight forward, couple of telephone consultations and an interview but "I'll get back to you tomorrow" wait a week "Thanks for another chat, I'll get back to you tomorrow" wait another week, have the interview "we'll get back to you end of today" wait another couple of weeks, this was a red flag of false promises, then some of the things the interviewer said and the tone they used "you'll often find me getting everyone on the phone saying WHATS GOING ON Grrrrrr!" Immediately set alarm bells ringing. Perhaps they were joking, but it didn't come across well. I didn't get an offer but would have declined.
