I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jackson Lewis in Apr 2025
Interview
There were two behavioral interviews and a technical assessment. The technical assessment was based on real casework and showed the level of difficulty for the job. The behavioral interviews included a few technical questions but also wanted to know the familiarity with coding.
The interview process consisted of four rounds: an initial recruiter call followed by three technical/expert interviews. The experience itself was positive, the team was engaged and I received strong verbal feedback after the final round, including being told I will receive an offer.
Unfortunately, the process broke down at the final stage. I was contacted the following day and informed that the team had not accounted for the fact that I would require work visa sponsorship (despite this information having been disclosed on the application from the start). This led to the offer being withdrawn.

Interview
Applied and got asked to do a phone screening. I passed that screening and had a 30 minute interview a week later. It went amazing, and I was told I’d hear back by the end of the week. I never heard back. They even reposted the job before I got a response. I had to send two follow up emails, and nearly two weeks after my second interview, they sent me a generic “we decided to move forward with other applicants”, despite having reposted the job, so that was definitely a lie. The process was promising, but quickly turned unprofessional and left me in the dark for way too long.
