My interview at Jackson went really well. I interviewed with two individuals, they asked 8 detailed behavioral questions, ask that they be answered in STAR format and read you your job description. Very friendly environment!

Describe a time you had a deadline for a project, how did you organize this project to have it completed on time?
Several online assessments testing basic math and grammar competency and generally pro-social behaviors, a 15-minute phone pre-interview, and one in-person interview with several operations managers.
The interview lasted roughly 20 minutes, the managers conferred for about 15 minutes, and I was offered a position in a room with two other prospective employees. Compensation and benefits were laid out with the job offer.
