Very informal and laid back. Old school conversation style. Initial interview with HR rep who was very cool and then the hiring Manager and finally that Manager and the VP. Very quick and enjoyable process especially compared to what many experience in this job market

Also about my knowledge of the retail landscape across the country as the company has relationships in most retailers across the US and Canada
