I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at JYSK (Barrie, ON) in May 2018
Interview
I was sent an email about a phone interview. I clicked on the link provided within the email to confirm the interview time. The interviewer called me at the appointed time. The phone call took about 20 minutes in total. At the end of the call, she let me know she would let the store manager and district manager know we had a good conversation and recommend one of them call me in for a second interview. She then sent me an email with a link to a personality and work related questionnaire that consisted of about 160 questions. Once I completed that, it auto sent her a confirmation letting her know I completed it. About a week later, I got another email asking me for a second interview in-store. I confirmed the date and time by clicking on the link.

Question 1
Describe a situation where a customer was upset and how you resolved it
put through an online screening as the 1st round of interviews, followed by an zoom interview, then an in person interview with two people at their physical location, just to see the job reposted 2 days later, and got the email after the job had already been reposted. I can respect being told no to a job, but it was a long process over the course of a month to be rejected. The store manager also asked me "why would you even want to continue working retail?" valid question but just overall unprofessional,

reasons for shrinkage, different what would you do scenarios, ask me about yourself.
Takes approx 2 months from posting date on Indeed to actually start a position. First you answer video clips, then online interview, then in person with store manager then interview with district manager.
I was sent an email about uploading a 'video interview on why I'm a fit'. I pushed back, saying if you want to talk, please book something. I got a surprise Teams invite.
Exactly one week later I got he standard 'thanks not no thanks;. I replied to that looking for feedback rather than an auto generated rejection email saying this is not how I handle the interview process.
