Had a phone interview with me mentor-to-be for the job, also a graduate of the same school I was at. Very positive, quick and to the point. Easy conversation about my work and interests which allowed plenty of time for questions on my part.

Interview
The interview process last about a month. They apparently seem to be super busy, but not busy enough to be in a rush to have additional hands on projects.
The director was friendly and knowledgeable. They took forever to get any feedback over a months time for 3 rounds.
