They asked both technical questions and also things about my experience. They wanted someone with at least 2 years of experience. Being an international student at the time was a problem, because the position wouldn't be able to be sponsored later

Highlight the most important aspect of your last position
Super easy. All behavioral with maybe one or two technical questions. Just know the basis of lending within a bank and your good. You will likely have a two interview super day followed by one interview with upper management.

Online interview then in person. First interview was a recorded session with video cam. You answered the questions as they popped up. In person interview was 2 hours long - met with several people. I felt beyond the base reqs they just wanted to see if i fit the culture.
