On campus interview with two managers (Managing Director & Vice-President). 30 minutes with both. Review resume and background. Asked situation questions. Asked about operations. Asked about the history of the company and recent developments headlines, and your thoughts on them. Talked a lot about their background and variety of work experiences both within the firm and externally. Interview was more of a conversational format than Q&A. Be prepared to speak candidly, but be prepared to discuss anything you bring up in great detail.
