Interview
After the application, I had to complete a virtual interview through HireVue. Process was 7 questions asking about how your current skills can transfer to the position, background, leadership style, etc.
Afterwards, HR contacted me to set up a face to face interview. The face to face interview was held in their downtown office. Interview went great. Hiring Managers were very laid back and had a more conversational interview about my skills and background .

Interview
I received an initial call where they asked me about why I was interested in the position. After a brief conversation they sent me documents to be signed and returned so that they may perform a compliance check. I was told a week later that I would not be further considered for the position.
