I met with four individuals and discussed day to day work, hours, experience. Interviews were casual and they asked about hobbies. Seemed like a nice enough team, but they didn't ask any market related questions. More about client fit and preferences.

Meeting directly with HM no phone screening with the recruiter. The HM showed late to the interview and was not interested in the responses I provided, could already tell I wouldn't proceed to the next phase.
