She moved me onto the hiring manager stage of the interview, which was also conducted via video call. That felt like it went well too, ending the call with "let's schedule a follow-up call so that I can walk you through the ins-n-outs of the studio and the work we do, etc." I wrote a follow-up thank you email a few hours later. The follow-up meeting never came, and I was indefinitely ghosted by John McNeil Studio entirely, including their in-house recruiter.
