I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JMC Legal Recruitment
Interview
I had my interview with the Managing Director and the current head of admin. I didn't come from a background of admin or recruitment and the questions took this into consideration. Overall the process was positive. The MD was very forthcoming with information about the company and what my role would look like and I was excited to step into the role.

They asked me how my skills in my hospitality role would be applicable to this position and my reasons for moving industry.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JMC Legal Recruitment in May 2022
Interview
Strange, invasive and uncomfortable. For a PART TIME admin assistant role, I was grilled about my personal hobbies and side projects - being asked about the revenue, profits, tax, marketing strategy, audience demographics etc for my business I started in lockdown was really intense, really personal and almost seemed like he was just looking down at me. The CEO who was interviewing me went from being charming to quite bullying real fast when I told him I wasn't comfortable telling him such information.. just scoffed and kept attempting to pry. Don't be fooled by what you see online, the office building smells off, the CEO comes off as a creep and for a part time role, shouldn't be surprised when other people have hobbies.

I applied online. I interviewed at JMC Legal Recruitment (Bristol, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
The Interview Process at JMC was very concise and straight to the point, however not in an unpleasant way. It was quite informal under the circumstances, but it really made me think of what I actually wanted to do with my career.
