Multiple people interviewed me - I had around 3 interviews. First was the HR manager, then the hiring manager and the senior director of the division. Interviewers were kind and explained the role and the company history in detail. They asked questions related to problem scenarios and how I would handle those situations.
The interviews were casual and friendly. They tested problem solving skills and experience in customer service. They preferred experience from consumer appliances and with salesforce experience. Interviewed with a supervisor and a director of the company virtually because management is spread out in different locations.
