They used an agency and there were two in person interviews. The first interview was with the hiring manager and the second was with the founders. I was able to text the agency representative throughout the process. They were responsive.
After applying, I was emailed about coming in for an in-person interview. Interview went decent, but I was ghosted afterwards. I followed up with 2 emails and heard nothing. Very unprofessional, a simple automated rejection would suffice.

You'll have total 2 interviews if they are interested. The first person you'll be interviewed by the head of the department then the last interview will be interviewed by the owners.
