Initial application was a standard online template (form, CV, cover letter). Following that, if successful, you get an email with a link to some online assessments: 2 different behavioural analysis tests. I don't know if these would be different if you aren't doing software, so engineers: your mileage may vary (heh). Found out about 10 days later that I had passed these tests. You are able to see and keep a copy of these reports which I highly recommend, they are very useful for self-reflection. A big wait after this (3 months or so). Did receive a reassuring email over Christmas letting me know I was still being considered, which helped assuage any anxieties. Final stage was Zoom assessment centre, scheduled for early Feb. Format required a presentation and then another behavioural interview. Prior to the assessment centre (about a week before), you'll be invited to a chatroom/presentation to familiarise you with the process and give some tips for the interview - although it's not a requirement, I strongly recommend attending. The presentation was on JLR's Reimagine strategy and future difficulties the company may face - as well as the usual "why are you the best for this role" that's typical of presentations like this. Behavioural interview was much more informal and conversational, just make sure to pay attention to what they're trying to get you to demonstrate (the creator code should come in handy), as well as having good examples. A different assessor for the presentation and for the informal chat, but both were friendly and immediately put me at ease. Maximum time I was told to expect before a yes/no was 10 working days. I received an offer within 6. Utterly painless application process from start to finish, highly recommended.
