Even after good interviews with them, they do not revert with a feedback or give any clarity if a candidate should wait. It is extremely unprofessional to waste candidates time like this and not even bother to respond back clearly if the profile is under evaluation or rejected. I wasted 2 months waiting for them as they asked to wait, yet they never got back. Maddening interview process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (Coventry, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
A phone call followed up by an interview which included a presentation. A final interview. Extremely poor follow up considering I took two days off work, no feedback provided despite it being offered. I must have asked their outsourced recruiters three times then gave up.
