Interview
Applied through school job searching website. Phone interviewed with two of their audit managers together for about 30-45 min, just talking about my background, school work, and the position. On-site interview is with 4 people, 30 min each, the same two managers, and two partners. It's consisted of about 20% general talking, 40% behavioral questions, 20% not-that-difficult technical questions (they know you are just freshly out of school), and 20% about the firm and touring around the office in the end. Friendly and nice.

Interview
As I recall, the process was really fast. I met a manager at a job fair and submitted my resume, within the next week I received a call to schedule a phone interview. Less than a week after the phone interview, I received a call to schedule an in-house interview. The in-house interview was really long. I met with 5 people, approximately 30 mins each. The following day, I received an offer over the phone. I requested for some time to hear back from my other interviews, and eventually accepted.
