Interview
My interview began 10 minutes late due to a communication issue between management and the front desk. The interview process was rather awkward and seemed unorganized. Overall the environment was relaxed and the questions were typical questions about my past experiences in other companies.
The job description presented to me before the interview was also entirely different from the job that they described at the interview.

Interview
Phone interview, interview with all members of the department, culture interview with several other employees outside of department. The phone interview covered very basic interview questions such as availability, why you applied, etc. The interview with the department was application-based (focused on knowledge required for positions) and the culture interview was more of a presentation on the culture of the company and questions about how you would handle different situations.
