Interview
You first interview with the beauty manager of Sephora where they ask you about how you manage your time and she asks a lot of very basic and easy questions and then you have an interview with the store leader. Both processes were very fast and easy, they mostly want to make sure that you love the company and passionate of their values that they are trying to achieve.
It was lengthy, had to interview with the operations manager, beauty manager, field education manager, and someone else and took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Its very important to ask questions at the end to show interest. My favorite is 'what would be the best quality for me to excel in the position?'

Interview
I first had to go through a group interview which was held by the stores general manager. after this I was moved on to a one on one interview with the store manager. I was then given a 3rd interview with the field manager of the sephora inside of jcpenny for our region. Next i was given a 4th interview with the education manager for our region. After 4 interviews and three weeks of waiting I was finally hired on.
