Interview
Overall, the process took about 2-3 weeks. They called me one week after I applied. Then the manager ask a few question on the phone and scheduled me for a group interview. There was about 6 of us. During the group interview, we had to do this activity where all of us will get a chance to talk/lead. I'm not going to tell much detail about it because it might not be the same in other places. Its a fun game though! Then the manager gave us a sheet of paper and a 4 scenarios, where we had to choose one and explain it to everyone. About 3 days after, they called back and told me that i'm hired!
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
