Interview
I applied online and within 3-4 weeks I received an email from an HR representative for a phone interview. After successfully completely the phone interview with the HR Business Partner, I then had two 30 minute interviews with an allocator and buyer. The final part of the interview was an on-site visit that consisted of assessments, panel interview, and group case study.

Interview
It took a really long time for them to get back to me after applying, months, I believe. However, from there on, they were good at communicating with me. They flew me to Dallas and booked me a hotel for the interview. Had a panel interview and gave a case study presentation to a group of employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process was very smooth! The panel interview was very conversational rather than strict question/answer. Everybody seemed very knowledgeable as to what is expected from this candidate and didn't drift directions asking other things that weren't really connected to the role.
