      Database Production Assistant Interview

      Application

I interviewed at JATO Dynamics (London, England)

      Interview

I endured unsatisfactory experiences with this company during the course of the recruitment process. Wherefore is that, you may wonder? 1. At the close of the interview, both interviews said they had no reservations about my application when I asked. This was a lie because I was told my application was declined because of being too technical! I would have clearly been told this in the interview when asked, but mendacity reared it's ugly head. In fact, after I aced a test which the recruitment woman claimed "wouldn't determine your suitability", her body language suddenly shifted to an implicit negative perception. She made her mind up about my application at that point but shamefully lied by thereupon saying there was an absence of reservations apropos my application and lied by pretending the test wouldn't gauge one's fit for the job. Why else would these beguilers take time to prepare the test if it wasn’t for the purpose of assessing one's suitability?? 2. The recruitment woman contradicted herself claiming my application was declined because candidates more technical than myself were found after claiming I was too technical. Such incoherency signified pure chicanery and unscrupulousness. 3. What they presumptuously believed but were utterly reticent to evince was I was too competent for them and may quickly leave, to resultantly accelerate the rapid employee turnover rate for this type of role (readers can verify the rate themselves). Hence, they descended themselves to fibs and deception hoping to dodge detection, and you can clearly see just how mean that is! 4. They alleged the role was filled while breaking the news to me on my application whereafter the SAME role was advertised on their site, making it so noticeable they were untruthful! Additionally, I came across an agency they were working with for this post and they elucidated how very picky their requirements were. They were right! Folks need to cognise that companies such as JATO perpetrate lies, deceptions and hide secrecies more than what can be detected, hence don't think it has not or will not happen to you. Amid intractable economic and industrial challenges Britain experiences, such companies have motives to reduce themselves to such low standards, bereft of professionalism and fairness which, ironically, are qualities they want recruits to exhibit. They will not want to admit all this given how subjectively unpleasurable it may be to accept and their urge to eclipse their competitors and lift net profits. However, that which is veracious should be affirmed, wherever it takes you. You can do far better than JATO so eschew them.
