Extremely unstructured, my interviewer who was to be my manager really just looked at my application told me he had to run a background check (for a $10.00 an hour job) and would let me know if he was allowed to talk to me anymore. Apparently the check came back okay because he called me the next day and offered me a job. They are seriously only looking for warm bodies that haven't run afoul of the law yet.
