The sales manager called and conducted a telephone interview first to evaluate communication skills and experience, and then met the candidate in person in a sales location in around two weeks.

Interview
It was an easy interview... nothing much they will ask. As long as they know you can speak English...that’s it. How you express yourself because you will selling credit cards to customers who come to shop in superstores.. it didn’t take longer than 15 mins
I applied on Indeed and was contacted a week later to come in for an in person interview with a manager. Shortly after the interview I was extended an offer and completed a day of training.
