Interview
The Company follows a basic hiring process for as & when required positions. CV are sourced through various means such as Job portals; Databases; Advertisement in local news papers & Employee references. Once reviewed by the dedicated HR Dept, the candidates are called for a HR Round ( Skills & Traits). Short listed candidates are then called for a Managerial Round ( Domain Requirement). Final Round would be with the Top level Management.

Question 1
Domain Expertise is very essential and required. I faced a great challenge to convince my employer as is had little experience in my domain. They made it very clear that even though i had good traits & qualities, i had to continue with my academics (Masters/MBA) while working to continue my tenure to handle the daily operations and multitasking.
