I applied in-person. I interviewed at J.F. Taylor (Patuxent River, MD)
Interview
The interview process was very swift. Half of the questions were technical and the other half were behavioral. They gave me a tour of a few of there facilities and made me feel very comfortable.
I lived out of state during the interview process but it was a pretty easy interview. I had one in person interview and received my offer letter shortly after the interview. I had plenty of relevant experience on my resume but I feel they focused on my least relevant work history.

Question 1
Are you content with 0 telework opportunity to start?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.F. Taylor in May 2023
Interview
Interview itself was easy, I was brought in, given a quick interview and given a tour of the facility. After being told that the decision of whether I would be hired or not would come in two weeks, I was ghosted and I haven't heard back for about a month, I assume I was rejected.
