30-45 minute chat with a recruiter at home office. 1 hour and a half interview with the Branch manager and then another hour interview with the team. Lots of questions about the differences in being an external candidate vs internal. I could tell with the internal team that some of them were up for the promotion and were really critical of someone else coming in to take over. Terrible wrap up by the Branch Manager, just shook my hand and said thanks for coming in.. no next steps or anything. Only reason I know they're looking to move fast is because the HQ recruiter told me. I spent almost 3 hours there and have no idea what to expect.
