Interview
The company is doing good, they are making money.
1) Talented People
2) Opportunity to learn
But there is no Employee Benefits
1) Health Insurance
2) Bad Office Environment
I had a discussion with the Founder, points which I didn't like
1) The founder is asking me, "the current product is not stable which has a lot of hacks can you scale the product by scaling the hacks ?", OMG founder is not focused on the stable product he is focusing on scaling the hacks
2) No plans for Health Insurance
3) No Work-life balance (I know this early-stage startup), you have to work 6 days a week moreover if need requires you may have to work till 1 AM.
4) No stock options, you 'll be given stocks only during the performance cycle.
After hearing all this I decided not to join.

It was taken by some 3rd party company Timer was going on with each Question . Questions were mostly focussed on javascript based output Questions, basic system design , html,css concepts

Just one advice for all candidate here, don't waste your time & energy in this company,if you are really looking for immediate change as experience candidate.they are more in business level less in technology with PHP, Laravel but not in Python, though they are hiring for python developer.No technical question asked in interview , only logical and basic OOPs question .like write a program to print a( *) heap pattern in any language etc(all college level question)
