Initial coding screen with an engineer. Then 4 rounds of interview split across 2 days: 2 coding interviews, 1 design and 1 Product Manager Interview. The PM was strongly biased against engineers from Big Tech companies. I think it's a waste of time to put engineers with a certain kind of experience through a loop if you don't want that experience.

Question 1
Standard coding interviews. Design was mostly talking, no diagramming. PM asked how much of my team was laid off and hinted that he though most laid-off employees were low-quality, bad employees.

Phone screen into virtual onsite. Was relatively messy with invites not showing who was interviewing or what their position was. A couple technical and system design interviews. And two that I don't know how to describe other than behavioral
