I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Iterable (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Had a first stage interview that I believe went well and answered all questions asked professionally. At the end of the interview I was told that I would be contacted next week to schedule a time when I could speak to the necessary manager who would be interviewing me for the 2nd interview, essentially confirming my thoughts that it had gone well. The next week I receive an e-mail from the company saying that they're heading in a different direction. Now, they have every right to do so but I do think it's unprofessional that I be told that I have another interview with them and then it turns out not to be the case. If the interviewer said that they would relay their notes they've made back to the manager and discuss whether I was a good fit and then let me know, absolutely fine. This is what I've experienced in most cases when interviewing for roles.
This might be an isolated case but from reading other reviews on here aroud interviews and from ex-employees it doesn't seem too far-fetched for this to be standard operating practice for potential candidates.
Be aware, they may say one thing during interviews and change their tune after.
First Interview was with the recruiter. Second Interview with Hiring Manager. It was a very quick and efficient process--very quick to email. Very happy with the overall process. Final interview not sure.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Iterable (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. First was with HR, second with team lead of SC team, third was a panel presentation followed by 1-on-1's with sales/sc/leadership. Great pacing overall and would recommend to others looking for jobs.
