It was simple. First they reviewed my application, after passing the first stage, they asked for an online interview and that was pretty much it, got offered on the spot.
Typically it means:
1. Panel interview (Managers)
Focus: technical competence + day-to-day execution
Expect questions around:
Your experience and past results
How you handle real work scenarios
Problem-solving and decision-making
Collaboration with teams
It’s usually more detailed and sometimes a bit intense because they’re assessing how you actually work
2. Final interview (Director)
Focus: big-picture fit + leadership + judgment
Expect:
Why you? Why this role?
Your thinking style and priorities
Stakeholder management
Culture fit and long-term potential
Less technical, more strategic and conversational—but don’t relax too much, this is often the decision stage
I applied online. I interviewed at Isuzu (Nairobi) in Jun 2025
