After a "news awareness and general knowledge test", a maltybull option test, and an eddeting skills test. After that, I was invited to a "sit down" with the head of the paper, the chef editor, the head of the news room and some other officials of the paper. At the end I went through a security back ground check, with the head of security, and signed an no disclosure agreement.
