Long and arduous, with little or sporadic communication. After jumping through all the many hoops, they just ghosted and gave no response. Every interviewer was late, and it was like they were coming up with questions on the spot; very ill prepared, and some of them didn't even know who you were or what position you were interviewing for.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Isomorphic Labs (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
1- A friendly initial call 2- Few hours long technical test 3- Never get back to you.
I would say they have been posting same job over 2 years. I dont think they have intention to recruit.
They have few rounds of interview, I would say do not be very helpful, I have gone through 2 job processes. At some point, feel like they disappear all of a sudden and never get back to you, no respect for the time I invested to do tecnical test either. I dont know what they are trying to do. Feels like ghostposting same jobs.

Initial round: Backround dive, right to work staff, relocation

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Isomorphic Labs in Aug 2024
Interview
I went through 5–6 technical, behavioral interviews and home assignments, which overall weren’t very difficult. However, it was strange that in two separate coding interviews, conducted by different people, I was asked the exact same questions. The biggest issue was the company’s communication, which was the worst I’ve ever experienced. At first, everything seemed fine: all interviews were scheduled within a month. But after I completed them, I received no response for two months. I even had to ask someone I know at the company to follow up on my behalf. Eventually, I was told that the feedback was positive, the hiring manager wanted to hire me, and they were ready to present an offer. We discussed all the details, and I was instructed to wait a couple of days. Then, after another month of silence, I was informed there would be no offer, citing “negative technical feedback.” When they explained what was supposedly negative, I disagreed—especially since the job description explicitly stated those skills weren’t required. Despite calling the feedback negative, they also insisted the overall result was positive and even suggested I could reuse my technical interview results if I applied again. This contradiction was never clarified. Overall, the process dragged on for far too long. It seems you need to know someone within the company to keep things moving. They disregarded their own job description and changed their decisions at every stage, even after indicating I had passed and would be joining the team
