Interview
Send out what seems to be a mass "short marketing test", which in reality is quite a few tasks for a preliminary test. The deadline kept getting extended, and was guaranteed to hear back from HR to no avail. Major lack communication in HR and some serious flaws/a waste of time in recruitment process. The email offering a solid chance after the test seems overarching and once again, essentially a waste of candidates time to fill out.

Question 1
The test is multiple deliverables, which are quite in depth and include lengthy background research about an actual company.

Interview
Asked to do a "pre-interview project" before you interview so that they can see how knowledgeable you are with marketing. They ask you to create a business/marketing plan for community, outreach, events, web, social and print and gave 3 days to finish and "turn in". I created one that was 5 pages long and never got a response. I understand getting rejected or getting an email suggesting that it wasn't what they were looking for but I never received an email again. They just took my work and didn't have the decency to email people who took a chance and finalized a very time consuming project thanking them for their work or even an email saying "we have received your work". I still haven't heard if the job has been filled or if I've been rejected... at this point I'm assuming I was, which is fine. I just thought that not responding was totally disrespectful.

Interview
Had a pleasant interview experience. I spoke with the HR head, two individuals who would be my teammates, the individual who would be my supervisor and the CEO. All were one on one.
