Two rounds, both were quick. Feedback came quickly and they stuck to their timeline. First interview only consisted of 5ish questions. Second interview is with a lot of people (both the host site and the Island Insititute reviewers).

The process consists of an interview with the Island Institute team followed by an interview with a team representing the particular organization that is requesting a fellow from the Island Institute.
