Islamic Foundation School interview questions

I was given a phone interview in the beginning from the HR department. Though the person was nice, I didn't feel they were prepared. None of the question were challenging. I was invited to have a second interview on site within a few days. Again, I was under the impression that those who interviewed me weren't really prepared. Despite this, everything went well and the interview was a positive enough experience. Before getting the job, I was asked to teach a class under observation. I did and was offered a job the next day.
