Interview
It was a very straightforward process. A friend had connected me with the Director of Product Management. I spoke with him on the phone, and was asked to come in (a few days later). I met with several people on this visit, and was offered the job the following week.

I don't remember a specific question, but there were lots of questions regarding handling customers who were upset. There were also many questions about security basics.
