I applied in 2010. I just walked in the pro shop and asked if I could apply. They gave me a basic sheet to fill out and I did on the spot. It is a job for students (mainly high school kids like I was at the time). If you have golf experience they will likely take you for a training but it is not required. Training consists of a video you watch and a day on the course carrying clubs with current caddies as they give you tips and assess you. Pretty simple and straight forward to get hired
