Initial interview was a 30 minute Zoom call with the hiring Director. Second interview was three hours onsite - one hour with the hiring Director, one hour with the team, and one hour with several C-level folks.
Good interview, interesting position, I thanked all the appropriate people via email, and then... Nothing. Not even an automated response. I found out the position was filled by the position description being removed from their career site.
This lack of professional courtesy - ghosting - was disappointing. Its an indicator about the company culture that speaks for itself.
