The interview process was a full day of rigorous interviews with people throughout the company who are connected with the position for which I was applying. There is inherent stress in these types of interviews but the discussions were very professional, even enjoyable, as the interviewers examined my experience and goals for the position. Despite the complexity of the schedule it went very smoothly since it was well organized with travel arrangements and the meeting itinerary prepared by Iridian Valenti well in advance. The recruiter Ken Krings was very responsive to all of my questions throughout the process, before and after the interviews, and never made me feel like a nuisance despite my many questions about the details of employment.
