The process moved very quickly and efficiently. I so appreciated the consistent follow up and feedback I received throughout the process. People kept their word, called when they said they would call and met every expectation they set. After an initial phone screen, I met the head of talent acquisition for an in person interview. It went well and I subsequently met with the hiring manager and members of the team. By far the most exciting part of the interview was the product demo. This product is so flipping cool and user friendly even an HR Exec can use it. It was truly inspiring to touch and feel the product and understand it's potential and impact first hand. The team I met with was very enthusiastic about the company. I was sold (but not oversold) every step of the way. The interviews were mostly very conversational in style. I never felt grilled and wasn't handed a single "trick" question.
