Interview
A recruiter started the process by conducting an initial phone interview (~15 minutes). A few weeks later I was contacted again to set up a Skype interview with the team I would be working with. That lasted a couple of hours, with ~30-45 minutes speaking with each team member. Then a few weeks after that I was contacted that they wanted to fly me out for an in person interview.

Interview
It was an efficient process. I had an initial screening with a recruiter then 4 calls with the hiring manager, his direct reports, and his directors. It was overall a behavioral interview process and had no technical questions.
Very thorough and insightful. Lots to think about and asked a lot of deep questions. Be prepared to talk about your work and your experiences. The interviewers were really friendly and kept things light.
