Met with owner and an employee. They were approachable, easy going and easy to talk to. I was comfortable with them right away. It was a brief interview because I had the experience and background they needed. Went through a headhunter and was given salary being offered. $$$ for job offer was cut by 10k from what the headhunter specified. Was offered the job at the end of the interview.
